Norouz - Colombia · Costa Rica · Ethiopia — Light/Medium Roast

The story Norouz — the Persian New Year — is a celebration of renewal, warmth, and the joy of gathering. It marks the arrival of spring, a moment to welcome new beginnings with the people you love.

We created this blend in that spirit.

Three origins, each bringing something distinct, united in a single cup that is bright, aromatic, and deeply comforting. Ethiopian beans from the remote Bench Sheko region in the far southwest — grown on a vast estate farm and known for their wild, expressive character. Colombian coffees adding sweetness and structure. Costa Rican beans from the highlands of Tarrazú bringing clarity and balance.

Together they create something worth celebrating — and worth sharing.

The cup Delicate floral aromas of hibiscus lead into layers of dried fruit, raisin, and candy sweetness. Caramel and toffee in the mid-palate, with a gentle nuttiness and a clean, lingering finish. Bright yet smooth, complex yet approachable.
