Customers may select from our available coffee offerings, including various origins, roast profiles, and flavor experiences.

Customers are welcome to mix and match bag colors across different coffees within the same order.

Minimum Order Requirements

Our private label program is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining production efficiency.

Program Minimum Order

  • 100 bags (12 oz)

    and/or

  • 20 bags (5 lb)

Orders may consist of multiple coffees and packaging formats.

Minimum Per SKU

Each individual coffee selected must meet one of the following minimums:

  • 25 bags (12 oz)

    and/or

  • 5 bags (5 lb)

Mix & Match Options

You may split your order across multiple coffees from our current lineup.

Example Order

  • 25 bags Golden Wings (12 oz)

  • 25 bags Royal Flight (12 oz)

  • 25 bags Single Origin (12 oz)

  • 25 bags Decaf (12 oz)

Total: 100 bags

Another example:

  • 5 bags Golden Wings (5 lb)

  • 5 bags Royal Flight (5 lb)

  • 5 bags Single Origin (5 lb)

  • 5 bags Decaf (5 lb)

Total: 20 bags

Customers may also combine 12 oz and 5 lb packaging within the same order.

Example:

  • 30 bags Single Origin (12 oz)

  • 20 bags Decaf (12 oz)

Total: 10 bags (5 lb) + 50 bags (12 oz)

Label & Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing their own label artwork.

Label Specifications

  • Label Size: 3.5" x 4.0"

  • File Format: Print-ready PDF

  • High-resolution artwork required

Artwork should be submitted at the correct size and ready for printing before production begins.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all logos, text, product information, barcodes, and other design elements included in the artwork.

Required Label Information

To comply with labeling requirements, each label must include the following information:

1. Product Name (Statement of Identity)

Clearly identify the product.

Example:
HOMA Golden Wings Whole Bean Coffee

2. Responsible Firm

The company responsible for marketing or distributing the product.

Example:
Manufactured for Great Coffee
Vienna, VA 22182

3. Net Weight

The net weight must appear on the label.

Examples:

  • Net Wt. 12 oz (340 g)

  • Net Wt. 5 lb (2.27 kg)

Production & Delivery Timeline

All coffee is roasted fresh after artwork approval and order confirmation.

Standard Lead Time

  • Roasting & Production: Approximately 7 business days

  • Shipping & Delivery: Approximately 7 business days

Most private label orders are delivered within approximately 14 business days from final approval.

Lead times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to shipping carrier delays.
